Industries we serve include: Hi-Tech, Medical, Machined Parts, Molded Plastics, Sheet Metal Fabrications and more! Responsibilities: • Reviewing Traveler, Work Instructions, Drawings to confirm parts are prepared properly & ready to finish. • Assist in masking & preparation if necessary. • Collaborate with Production & Quality Mgrs. & other employees to ensure quality & efficiency. • Mix paints & primers per Manufacturer’s instructions • Apply paint, or other finishes using pressure feed spray equipment • Follow safety & Environmental procedures and wear protective gear, including respirators and safety glasses • Manage inventory of paints, solvents, and other materials. • Work with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards • Keep work area clean and organized Requirements: • Prior experience as an industrial painter (may accept experience in other industries for the right person). • Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes & equipment used to apply them. • Ability to operate spray guns, brushes, and rollers, as well as other painting equipment • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lift and move heavy materials when necessary • High school diploma or GED equivalent Hours/Salary Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $55,000+/ year Permanent/Direct Hire Please forward resume and / or contact information if interested in learning more about this position.
