Will hire for apprenticeship to candidates who work well with their hand and is willing to learn. We will provide training to Serious candidates only. This is a full time position. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or related role preferred. Knowledge of CCC1, Mitchell, or similar estimating software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, insurance companies, and team members. Familiarity with Nexsyis software is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. The Crooked Spoon Ice Cream Production Operator I works in our food processing plant as part of a team to assemble and stage ingredients, load to create mix bases, and to flavor, extract, package and prepare to ship final product while maintaining the plant’s high standards of manufacturing and cleanliness. Additionally, the Production Operator I will drive a company truck on a pre-defined route 1-2 times per week.

Job duties will include programming and operating CNC lathes and mills. Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to determine the precise specifications, dimensions, and tolerance levels of the finished product. Utilizes precision measuring instruments, calipers, mics, and pin-gauges to check the accuracy and quality of machined parts. Candidates should own their measurement tools, with the company providing any specialized tools required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 5 to 8+ years of related experience.
