No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. If you have an interest in woodworking and a willingness to learn, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain CNC machine to fabricate custom cabinet components according to specifications. - Load and unload materials onto the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and securing of materials. - Set up machine parameters, such as cutting speeds, tooling, and offsets, based on job requirements. - Monitor the machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality. - Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. This position is for first shift with overtime available who can: • Perform setups and operation of 7-axis CNC lathes, screw machines, and Multi-axis turret machines. • Retrieve machine programs from database, create/read tool lists for job. • Accurately set tools and work offsets.
