Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC. We are looking for a Packager to join our team! First shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $20-24 Responsibilities: · Follows job specifications for packaging as detailed on the job card · Records start and completion of job · Removes web from stamped parts and completes visual inspection · Advises supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved; escalates to Plant Manager if needed · Performs secondary inspection as directed by Plant Manager or Quality Control Dept. · Follows FIFO protocol for inventory rotation · Maintains proper housekeeping during and at the end of work shift · Meets or exceeds department efficiency and productivity goals Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadline Requirements To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding: Experience: 1 year of Manufacturing Experience Education: High School Diploma Skills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math & language skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a member of a team Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance

Maintenance Technician / Electrical Systems Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + $3,000 sign-on bonus + OT Eligible  We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems to join our team at our facility. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. We're a company that produces advanced materials for customers who operate in high-stress environments, from aerospace and defense to medical technology and clean energy. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions. Using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ammeters, you will test faulty equipment to identify the cause of the issue. Component Replacement: You will replace defective components and wiring, and adjust mechanical parts using both hand tools and soldering irons. Calibration and Maintenance: You'll align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications. You will also maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
