CorDx is at the cutting edge of technology, artificial intelligence, and data science with the goal of delivering diagnostic solutions to some of the most critical questions in healthcare.     Job Type: Full time   Job Title: Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant Location: Onsite - San Diego Salary Range: $66,560-75,000 annually Job Responsibilities: Communicate with carriers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that arise during transit. Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries. Print shipping labels for small packaging shipments according to customer requirements. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, adhering to agreed-upon schedules and service levels. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to inbound products from China. Complete sales order and purchase order entry into the SOS inventory system. Keep detailed records of shipment details. Follow up on and monitor the status of orders throughout the supply chain process. Test samples, including shipping cartons and folding cartons, based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Document and report test results to the supervisor. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain function. Implement best practices to optimize procurement processes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Requirements Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Practical experience with shipping carriers, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, and logging receipts. Proficiency or familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SOS Inventory system is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Ammonia Refrigeration) Type: Salary Reports to: Maintenance Manager Education: GED (Min.) This working supervisor oversees and actively participates in the work of 10-12 ammonia refrigeration techs. (Direct reports).  The role partners with process maintenance, production, & quality to ensure 24/7 ammonia refrigeration systems meet the needs of site operations. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and primarily works M-F schedule, with flexibility to cover early/ late shift, short-notice overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed Specific Duties / Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee daily ammonia refrigeration operations.
