The next planned application would extend all practioner services 24/7 through a one-of-kind application, helping patient self management and oversight. Ambitious, yes; however, a first practical, functional program can be relatively easily started on a small basis and then will become highly and rapidly scalable. I have the "IP" and all the needed initial design materials. I need to raise $30K seed capital, all of which, except your commission, will be exclusively used to finalize program's presentation materials, and to hire a piece-work, prompt engineer and a computer graphics specialist.
