We give restaurants a free listing and free promotion, then offer them premium tools (POS, upsells, staff perks, and more). We’re expanding fast across Dallas–Fort Worth and nationwide, and we’re looking for driven commission-based sales reps to join our team. 💼 The Opportunity Target Market: Independent restaurants, cafes, bars, and hospitality groups (no chains). Sales Pitch: “Unlike Yelp or Groupon, ADS is 100% free for restaurants to join. They get exposure, deals, and traffic—at no cost. As they upgrade, you earn lifetime commissions.” Compensation: Commission-only role (1099). Average reps can close 2–3 restaurants per day minimum. Top reps can earn $5K - 10k per month in recurring commissions. Support Provided: Pitch deck, one-pagers, and digital flyers. Training scripts & objection handling. Dedicated success manager. 🎯 Responsibilities Prospect and engage restaurant owners/operators (cold outreach, walk-ins, calls, LinkedIn). Present ADS as a “no-brainer, free marketing channel.” Close free sign-ups and transition accounts toward premium membership. ✅ Ideal Candidate Prior experience selling to restaurants, bars, or hospitality (POS systems, Yelp ads, delivery apps, or merchant services = huge plus). Self-motivated “hunter” personality who thrives on commission-only. Strong closer who can handle owner objections and turn skepticism into deals.
