We are currently seeking a verifiable , experienced "all star" residential superintendent that has had success in building large/challenging homes in SF and Marin County in the recent past. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Site Superintendent will oversee the construction project on a daily basis. They will assist with the supervision of all onsite work. This often includes, but not limited to demolition, intricate foundation replacements, excavations, layout of in-house trim carpentry team, supervise and coordinate with all trade labor and subcontractors, and interface with our company president, project manager, architect, engineers, local officials, and others. Our work extends from foundations thru to final trim and paint.
