Risk Management • Identify and mitigate risks to production and market access (e.g., weather, pests, price fluctuations). • Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural, environmental, and food safety regulations. 6. Contract Farming – Strawberry Production Management • Communicate with contract farmers on cultivation, production, packaging, and shipping. • Visit field sites regularly to supervise and support daily operations. • Conduct R&D to optimize practices for Korean strawberry varieties. 7.
