We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative finds and closes new client logos for CorCystems Managed IT Services. The primary focus of the Business Development Representative is to find new clients by networking for new prospects and attending onsite appointments and providing demonstrations and winning new business. The successful individual will be able to speak confidently about managed IT services in a business environment to C-Level executives. Experience working in an MSP environment is key to success. Requirements Consistently drive pipeline growth by securing new prospective client meetings weekly. Proactively generate new opportunities that will lead to closed business. Develop and deliver on-site sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients to ensure sales progression. Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how technology relates to their business strategy and goals Prospect for new clients by using various sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, attend networking events, etc. and following up on marketing leads. Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands Deliver and explain Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements Comfortably discuss technical issues and offer suggested solutions Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy Expand market presence and partnerships by actively engaging in and attending regional networking events. Regularly document processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities Enter all activities, time and expenses in ConnectWise PSA as they occur Complete assigned training materials on the ConnectWise University and other line of business applications Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment Benefits CorCystems offers a great benefits package with a substantial healthcare subsidy for employees.
