We are seeking Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to join our team in the contracting sector. This remote position is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in telemarketing who can effectively communicate to generate and qualify leads, manage client outreach, and secure appointments. When you connect with a potential client, your primary goal is to qualify their business for our contracting services. This isn't just a standard sales call—you’re acting as the first step in a crucial vetting process. Your role begins with a pre-approved presentation that outlines our services. Following this, you’ll conduct a structured interview using targeted questions designed to assess whether a company aligns with the specific criteria of our contracts. This vetting process is essential—it’s what sets your offering apart and ensures you identify companies best positioned for success. Key Responsibilities Proactive Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services. Effective Communication: Deliver a concise and compelling pitch while addressing client questions to build interest. Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team. Multi-Channel Follow-Up: Utilize our proven 3-step follow-up process—including voicemails, emails, and text messages—to maximize your success rate. Compensation Commission We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: Earn 10% commission on every client retainer ($500–$2,500, average $1,500) from day one. Most team members reach 20% within their first month, with weekly bonuses available based on performance. This system rewards consistency and process.
