We have a dedicated customer care team, production manager responsible to execute each project as planned. • Merit Based Compensation: Our company has a best in the industry commission compensation plan. We work hard, we work late, and we work often. You must be willing to conduct 5:00 and 7:00 pm evening appointments four days a week, Monday through Thursday in the evening and Saturdays in the home. Additional appointments can be generated during day and weekends to maximize your earning opportunities. Our salespeople’s primary responsibility is to acquire and delight our clients. A great candidate must be able to manage their time, maximize 8 to 10 weekly booked sales appointments, and long term MUST generate five additional weekly leads through referrals and other self-generated devices we equip you with. An ideal candidate for this job will love home improvement, have common sense, mechanical aptitude, be great with people, and love to sell for a company that is the best in its class. This is a “roll up your sleeves position” responsible for creating and executing your sales goals. You will be a revenue generator for a high growth enterprise. We invest significant dollars in marketing our brand and fueling our lead generation system Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of award-winning sales experience. • A passion for home improvement • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays • A clean driving record and access to reliable vehicle to use for work. • Track record of building meaningful relationships that result in a consistent stream of referrals. • Demonstrated ability to perform in high pressure, fast growth environment • Established reputation as a high integrity top performer • Proof of recent prior earnings history. • References that verify history of award-winning results, motivation, leadership, and solid work ethic.
