We're looking for experienced, commission-driven professionals to join our team. What We're Looking For: We are seeking highly-motivated appointment setters with a background in business-to-business (B2B) and/or business-to-consumer (B2C) direct sales. The ideal candidate has experience: Cold calling, particularly in-person and/or door-to-door. Speaking directly with business owners and/or homeowners. Working in a commission-based sales role. You should be available to work either Monday through Thursday mornings or evenings. The Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to earn a substantial income with flexible, part-time hours. Our top performers have a history of success: Three team members who started in 2015 work just 3 hours a day, 4 days a week, earning $100,000 to $200,000 annually. Two of our most experienced team members have refined their process to the point where they work only one to two days a week. Your role will be to identify and qualify potential customers. We handle all the rest of the work, from the sale to the installation. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve similar results. If you are coachable and ready to learn, we can show you how to generate a significant income with minimal effort. Location and Application: This position is for Southern California. We have a main office in Los Angeles and a satellite office in Simi Valley. Initial in-person interviews are typically held in the Simi Valley or Westlake Village area.
