What You’ll Do As a Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from first contact to close—working with a team that’s focused, collaborative, and always pushing to be better. Identify and connect with prospective clients Set up meetings, uncover client needs, and deliver compelling initial presentations Build strong relationships and close deals by solving problems and showing value Dedicate at least 20 hours a week to prospecting for new business Manage your pipeline through our CRM to stay organized and on track Work closely with account managers and support teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and continued client satisfaction Bring a great attitude, contribute to a positive culture, and grow with a team that wants to win Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (recent experience preferred) A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals—ideally 105%+ over the past two years Proven ability to prospect, open new territories, and generate your own leads Comfortable managing contacts and opportunities in a CRM system Sales training background (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a big plus Experience closing quick-turn B2B sales Outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills Positive, self-motivated, and well-organized in a structured sales process Comfortable collaborating across departments (especially operations and marketing) Proficient in Microsoft Office At City Wide Facility Solutions, we’re leaders in the building maintenance industry with 90+ locations across the US and Canada.
