As an Associate Director, Client Partnerships, you'll drive strategic advertising initiatives, build trusted client relationships, and unlock new revenue streams. This role is perfect for a proactive dealmaker who thrives in fast-paced, creative settings. Accountabilities: Develop and manage partnerships with new and existing clients to support long-term revenue growth. Drive outbound sales efforts while nurturing inbound leads and current client relationships. Craft innovative media solutions aligned with partner goals, informed by a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. Collaborate closely with internal teams across content, marketing, and product to deliver high-impact campaigns. Leverage your existing network of agency and brand relationships to expand the company’s advertiser base. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and foster new leads. Maintain strong sales reporting practices, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital media, advertising, or news publishing environments. Established relationships with agencies and brands, particularly in the NYC or DC markets. Strong communication and presentation skills with a solution-oriented sales approach. Proven track record in an outbound sales environment with lead generation and deal closing responsibilities. Deep understanding of digital media and marketing tech, including trends and competitive landscape. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization and organizational abilities. Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to travel when needed.
