Job Summary: This position is a hands on, skilled and reliable Commercial Parking Lot Sweeper Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate parking lot sweeping equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety in commercial parking lots. Responsibilities * Operate parking lot sweeping equipment including but not limited to sweepers, vacuum trucks, and other related machinery. * Uphold standards by sweeping and cleaning parking lots, garages, and other designated areas according to established schedules and guidelines. * Prioritize and effectively complete scheduled contracted services sweeping while staying within the allocated amount of time scheduled for each property. * Remove debris, trash, and other obstructions from parking lots to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. Change and reline trash receptacles on designated sites. * Hand pick large debris from island planters and property boundaries. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
