We specialize in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. We’re growing fast and seeking driven individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling. Top consultants earn $100K–$200K+, with our best performers exceeding $350,000 annually. Responsibilities: - Meet with pre-qualified leads (homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals). - Conduct on-site evaluations of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing. - Develop customized solutions within client budget and structural needs. - Present proposals and close high-value structural repair projects. - Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams post-sale. - Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed. Well-established, growing real estate company seeks honest, energetic, confident, organized leasing agent to join our team. Your role: Help us find qualified tenants to move into our beautiful (& generally either recently-renovated or recently-built) apartments. This is a great position for someone looking for an extra $2,000-4,000 / month working a flexible schedule, mostly nights and weekends. (If you are good, we'll eventually give you full new buildings to lease and you can earn more.) No leasing experience is needed; training & listings will be provided. But you must have your California Real Estate Sales Agent license and be willing to hang your license with us. Our office is on the Eastside, but the apartments you would be leasing are all over the city, so you need to have a license and reliable transportation. We have had very good luck with people who are pursuing their passion (acting, music, etc.) and need a flexible side-gig.
