Super sweet and friendly stray cat, HELP! (Titusville)

Theres a stray cat that been coming to our apartment complex at night. He/she is SUPER SWEET AND FRIENDLY! They want to be around people and even tried to follow us into our car and apartment! I dont think this is just some feral cat, this is an abandoned/someones outside cat that needs a home.... or at least a better one. They seem to have fleas. They are dirty. They have matted hair around the rear. I've tried calling every shelter/adoption place i could find and NOBODY CAN HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS CAT! I cant imagine such a sweet cat not making a great pet. If you can help in anyway pls contact me! -Samantha
