Sun Conure Rehoming fee (Des Moines, IA)

I am "rehoming" my Sun Conure there will be a "rehoming fee" to make sure he goes to a good home. I just do not have enough time to play with him. He is a male and he has his DNA papers. His name is Za zu. The cage is also for sale. It'll be $150 which comes with his toys, containers for food and all the accessories for the cage.
