Siamese Male Cat- Rehoming (san jose downtown)

Hello, I am rehoming my 1 year old male Siamese male cat who is vaccinated but not neutered. He is very cuddly and vocal does well with children but should be the only pet in the home. Rehoming fee $50 will provide litter box, litter box house, food/water bowl, and mat. Please provide a brief summary of the home life you are able to provide him.
