Rehoming 2 cats 6month old male and 1 year old female

Rehoming 2 cats that needs loving home . They are both fixed and up to date on shots. My family can no longer keep them due to a family member with health issues. I would rather not send them to the shelter but instead rehome them to someone that can love and take care of them.
