Rehoming lab mix 11 mo pup (north olmsted)

beautiful female lab mix. almost 11 mos. spayed. 50# . won't get any bigger. short hair, champagne & white color. good girl. very smart and alert. house and potty trained. likes a routine. knows many commands. self-pacifying with her toys, chew toys. still a puppy, prefer fenced yard to run and needs walked twice daily. would most likely get along with another chill dog. comes with all items she needs (crate, bedding, toys, food, treats, leashes, shampoo/comb/brush, couch cover, papers, baby gate) rehoming to the right person/family and asking fee to cover adoption/spay and essentials.
