Rehoming fee for merle tan Pitt bull (Garfield ohio)

I am moving and have a 5 month year old tan merle Pitt puppy named Chino he is a great dog and my best friend I can't take him with me because of the landlord he not fixed ,he is potty trained he whines and barks when has to use the restroom.comes with cage and a half bag of diamond dog food only asking for rehoming fee of $150
