First off, no I can't imagine being Rosie O'Donnell. Now tell me how long have you had these thoughts of being a woman? McGregor doesn't have a chance of becoming President of Ireland. He's facing a September 24th deadline to secure the required support just to be able to run. Rosie O'Donnell isn't actually an Irish citizen yet so no matter who the President of Ireland will be, they won't be her President. At least we know why McGregor is touched in the head.
