Well, some people are. Judge Dugans case has been postponed indefinitely. This case will be quietly dismissed and the crook will again adorn a black robe. Big Tish’ case will probably turn out the same, even tho she is obviously guilty. Look at Big Tish and her fraud. This is all public record in NY. In 1983 she got a lower interest rate on a home claiming her father was her husband. She has never been married. Then about 20 years later she had an adjustable rate mortgage on a 5 unit apartment building. When the interest rate hit 10% she refinanced using a government ie taxpayer funded program, HAMP, for a 2.7% rate. Problem is she lied and said that the building only had 4 apartments. That was the limit, 4. She also claimed “primary residence “ on 2 different properties. Now tell me who is doing the defrauding here. It’s all public record. Nobody had to make anything up, make new laws, twist old laws to fit, or anything like that.
