Is It Just A Trump Or A Republican Thing?

When grandpa was in the army back in the day--the 1980's days--the Soviet Union (that would be Russia for all you young whippersnappers) was THE enemy that we trained against militarily. We knew their armor, knew their weapons and tactics, and we knew that they could never defeat us. Then along came Trump who made it fashionable for the Republican Party to become addicted to the genital sweat of a former KGB chief-turned president of that rogue nation. Russian suddenly became our 'friend' even though they interfered in our elections and yes, they WERE listening when candidate Donald Trump begged them to find Hillary Clinton's emails. They listened so well and their interference was so profitable for them that they decided to CONTINUE furthering their influence in the culture of the one country that they knew could unquestionably beat them on the battlefield. They decided it would be best, and easier, to find a gullible political candidate whose main quality was his selfish narcissism. And with him he brought the entire corrupted Republican Party.
