Orange and white Male cat (Irvington)

My Louie ran out of the house this morning. Sept 23. He is a bit skidish but will warm up with soft voice. Orange and white creamcycle colors. 4 yrs old male. Just got him from OHS in June. He shimmied out of his collar. If you find him, please contact OHS. I have reported him lost. He does have a chip.
