Found White Fancy Pigeon (Lakewood)

There’s a clearly domesticated white fancy pigeon that has come to my bird feeders twice now. They have a white ruff around their neck. If you are missing a pet pigeon, feel free to reach out and I’ll provide info on where they were seen and updates if they come back. Sorry for the photo, best I could do.
