Unregistered male Corgi puppy( Still has his tail) (Oklahoma City)

This little guy is the cutest. He LOVES people, other animals, and toys. He is pen trained and potty pad trained. Still working on outside potty. He is not registered but I have pics of both parents. He is almost 17 weeks old. Not neutered. We just found out we are having a baby and can’t give him the time he deserves. There is a rehoming fee.
