7 year old tabby cat (Omaha)

So we have a 7 year old cat that we need to find a suitable home for. She is spayed. She would rather be the only cat of the house as she does not seem to get along with other cats. Though dogs if introduced correctly she may take to. She has only ever been an indoor cat.
