This position involves running and maintaining packaging machines, ensuring that products are prepared accurately and efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards. The role is ideal for someone with mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in working within a structured manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Set up, operate, and oversee packaging equipment to keep production running smoothly. • Perform routine checks and address mechanical problems to minimize downtime. • Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Work with team members to assemble and package products for distribution. • Record production data clearly for quality and tracking purposes. • Keep the workspace organized, sanitized, and in compliance with safety procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred. • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. • Knowledge of FDA and GMP quality requirements. • Exposure to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) a plus. • Experience in assembly operations is an advantage. • High attention to detail to ensure correct labeling and quality output. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily tasks. • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
