Bookkeeper/Comprehensive Clerk: Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the management of expense payment and reimbursement process Submit payment applications and upload corresponding contracts and invoices, improve the review mechanism for future reference. Summarize the expense table, distinguish the purpose and attribution. Improve corresponding auxiliary credentials. Mark differences and special matters. 2. Complete the basic document process Maintenance of original documents (classified inbound and outbound). Inventory receiving and inventory management (matching accounts with reality). 3. Asset Management Classification management of fixed assets (purchase and sale, useful life, expense attribution) to assist in timely accounting. Construction in progress management (contract management, installation cost attribution, consumables procurement, completion settlement and acceptance, relevant data organization and storage, settlement management) 4. Financial information transmission, budget execution, and tracking Timely organize payment information and corresponding customers and orders. Review procurement data and verify payment information. Follow up on payment arrangements and participate in fund plan management. 5. Assist in connecting with relevant data from American accounting agencies Timely transmission of accounting data, communication of foreign tax requirements, assistance with accounting adjustments, etc 6. Assist colleagues from other departments such as procurement, production, and sales in the financial coordination work of Beisi 7. Inventory check 8. Financial file management and access 9. Temporary translation work: Translation work between Chinese business travelers and local personnel in the United States, as well as daily document translation. 10. She is an optimistic, friendly woman that likes to access the community. She is eager to work with a personal assistant that will value time spent in the community as well as downtime in the home. She likes nature, and enjoys outings to parks, the zoo, shopping at the mall, and the Rose Garden. She loves arts & crafts, and would love her personal assistant to craft with her. Spirituality and family play a large role in her life, and her personal assistant may need to assist her to attend weekly congregation services. She is respectful of all beliefs, and asks that her staff extend the same respect to her. She is friendly and direct, but needs staff to be patient and give her time to fully communicate her thoughts. You will also work together on household chores, cooking, attending medical appointments, and running errands. She needs substantial assistance with showering, dressing, taking medications, shopping, cooking, physical therapy, and using her adaptive equipment. Responsibilities and Duties OCT is currently looking for a Senior Closeout Specialist to support one of our federal clients. Expertise in closing out cost-reimbursable lab agreements, IAAs, and grants is required. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience as a federal government employee (Series 1102 or equivalent), member of the Armed Forces, or contractor. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success. Individual will focus on closing out complex grants, DOE lab agreements, and IAAs by facilitating negotiations with stakeholders, resolving complex contract terms, reconciling indirect costs, and streamlining the closeout process.
