Duties May Include: · Manage and maintain USAB servers and printer server equipment · Track installation of server operating system licenses consistent with defined asset management practices · Document and maintain standard configurations for all server operating systems · Coordinate all configuration changes via the defined Change Configuration Board (CCB) process · Monitor server operating system version patches and upgrading releases · Perform Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID setup, management, and changes · Manage all network structures, including forests, domains, organizational units (OUs), and groups · Administer internal and external DNS services and devices · Manage Microsoft Office 365 E5 plan and all components including security and compliance administration · Manage Microsoft Teams with Voice Plan for up to 40 users · Perform all backups in the cloud and support cloud base virtualization · Monitor server security logs and respond to security violations per defined procedures Requirements Required Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft 365 platform, cloud infrastructure systems, cloud servers · Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID · Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview Records Management · Knowledge of enterprise backup/restore and VMware center · Understanding of distributed systems and database administration · Experience with DNS services administration and management · Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and security compliance procedures · Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance Desired Qualifications: · Microsoft certified in Azure and/or Office 365 administration · Experience with enterprise geodatabases and spatial data management · Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation · Experience with FISMA compliance and federal IT security requirements · Familiarity with change management processes in enterprise environments NOTES: Benefits At Trinity Global Consulting (TGC), we value our employees and provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage – Full coverage for employees and family through CareFirst and VSP.
