Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail and Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. In the Retail associate role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting them with product selection. As a Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for online inquiries, concerned customers and resolution triage. Your extensive knowledge of our products will enable you to offer tailored recommendations and demonstrate the features and benefits of various items.  To thrive in this position, you will need to combine your excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster relationships with customers. Your ability to handle transactions efficiently while accurately processing sales will be essential. Your ability to work with customers over the phone and computer to resolve issues and questions will also be essential. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to contribute to a positive and engaging retail environment while advancing their careers in this sector.  Responsibilities Greet customers in store warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally. Assist customers in selecting products and provide subject matter expertise. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS. Process returns and credits accurately and efficiently with our CRM Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to enhance customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using technology, point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Pay range is currently $21-$24/hour based on experience.
