Help manage the daily operations of childcare school, ensuring we meet state licensing requirements and company policies. Perform administrative duties, give impactful tours to families, maintain records, ensure state licensing/policy compliance, and help keep everything running smoothly. Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children. Support teachers in implementing our curriculum, enabling developmentally appropriate classrooms that spark curiosity and growth. Nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community. Work in the classroom when needed to assist and support staff. Requirements 1 year experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is required. Associates Degree in Education or related field required. ECD 101 required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
