Proposal Manager Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA seeking a Proposal Manager. This is a full-time and hybrid position. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end technical federal proposal development process, including strategy development, content creation, and proposal submission Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, technical and proposal writers, and PMs to gather and develop proposal content Create proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to ensure timely submission and adherence to requirements Manage and review all proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, compliant, and compelling Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Responsible for hands-on proposal writing Work closely with the business development team to understand client needs and develop winning proposal strategies Additional duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of proposal management for federal government contracts Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field Strong experience supporting technical proposal efforts Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, such as FAR and DFAR Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing proposal development projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include experience with proposal writing Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other proposal management tools Shipley training background required, APMP certification is a plus Benefits Astor & Sanders Corporation (www.astor-sanders.com) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
