You’ll be part of a thoughtful, collaborative team that values great design and great causes just as much.  What You'll Do Social Media Design: Craft bold, on-brand visuals for social campaigns, paid ads, and social-first storytelling. Your designs will drive engagement and boost visibility for meaningful causes. Email Design: Develop eye-catching email templates and campaign assets that don't just look good, but also drive clicks and conversions. You'll help push the boundaries of what's possible in email design. Web & Branding Projects: Design websites, landing pages, and visual identities that reflect our clients' missions—always with aesthetics, usability, and responsiveness in mind. Animation & Video Content: Create dynamic motion graphics and video content that enhance client messaging and help clients stand out in a crowded digital landscape. Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, strategists, project managers, and clients to ensure creative outputs are aligned, impactful, and polished. You’ll be a key contributor across concepting, execution, and refinement. Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle design challenges with a strategic mindset—balancing visual appeal, clarity, accessibility, and purpose in every solution. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of professional experience in digital design (agency or nonprofit experience a plus)  A portfolio that showcases your work across social, web, branding, illustration, and motion/video content  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro  A sharp eye for typography, color, composition, and design systems  Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  A growth mindset—open to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement  A collaborative spirit and a passion for work that makes a difference  A feeling that creativity is not just your career, it is a big part of what defines you. Requirements Role Overview As the Surface / Print / Pattern Designer, you will be responsible for creating original prints, graphics, and colorway layouts across all apparel categories. Your work will balance an elevated, modern aesthetic with a deep understanding of the demands of high-performance fabrics and print techniques. We're seeking an ambitious Project Engineer with experience in land development, civil engineering. You will apply your technical expertise to independently manage all phases of projects, from small to large-scale, while collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to ensure progress updates and accurate reporting.
