Support clients at Performance Optimal Health locations outside of on-site hours by providing rehabilitation, personal training, and strength & conditioning services. Educate and supervise athletes on rehabilitation exercises, proper training techniques, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and injury reports while ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines. Communicate injury status and clearance updates with coaches and key personnel. Stay up to date on the latest sports medicine research, guidelines, and best practices to continuously enhance care quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or a related field from an accredited institution. State license and Board of Certification (BOC) in good standing. Current Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC) certification. Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills—you enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic setting. Strong written communication skills to effectively document and report injury management. Proficiency in technology and data entry (Apple experience preferred).
