Job Description: Family-owned Civil site company in Daytona Beach seeking a Project Manager/Estimator/Engineer with strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills. Training is available. Ideal candidates familiar with earthwork activities, some underground utilities, and asphalt pavement logistics Duties and Responsibilities: -Prepare estimates based on client’s site plans for both residential and commercial workloads -Calculate mobilization, erosion control, demolition, earthwork, concrete, and asphalt take offs with equipment and labor considered for various project sizes -Ordering and procurement of materials as required -Submission of accurate estimates to clients and municipalities -Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, site supers, and clients -Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate records for each individual project -Review, select, compare, and approval of subcontractors’ proposals -Attend client and pre-con meetings as necessary -Prepare and organize submittals, schedules, payment applications, and punch-out lists Preferred Qualifications: -Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Gantt Charts, InSite, and Teams -Ability to solve problems quickly and within budget constraints -Familiarity with design and permitting of civil site work with local municipalities, Army Corps, SJRWMD, and Costal -*Requires a valid driver’s license, strong math skills (engineering background a plus), and self-motivation Compensation: -Competitive Salary dependent on experience (Ranges $55k – $80k+ per year) -Work Vehicle will be provided for the right candidate -Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Vacation -Full-time position (M-F) 7AM to 4 PM schedule.
