Civil Project Engineer (Portland office), Portland, Oregon Come grow with us! Froelich Engineers Inc. is seeking a civil engineer to join our firm’s growing civil engineering department. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENGINEER WHO: • Is looking for an opportunity to advance their career by joining a small and growing civil department • Displays a positive and professional attitude with a high level of integrity and motivation • Has experience in site development and stormwater management design • Is capable of multi-tasking on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Cultivates client satisfaction in their work and is comfortable building relationships with clients • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills • Is seeking a healthy work/life balance while working from our office location near Bridgeport Village in the Tigard/Durham area • Is a driven, outgoing individual who excels when working alongside other team members and clients • Has a B.S. in Civil Engineering; and three to eight (3-8) years of experience in civil design (PE preferred but not required) • Is proficient with AutoCAD C3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite POSITION ENTAILS: • Involvement in projects from design through construction completion • Working closely with architects, team members, and contractors • Preparing, compiling, and submitting drawing packages and reports • Supporting the civil department’s growth in preparing design standards and procedures Froelich Engineers' civil engineering department was established in 2015 and has built a portfolio of commercial projects throughout Oregon and Washington.
