Description

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer for construction . Must have a strong background in computer-aided design for multifamily construction, and be proficient in various CAD software applications. This role involves creating detailed layouts, understanding plans sets, constructability and modeling for successful project execution. -Develop and prepare detailed CAD drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, and Blue Beam. Other industry standard software may be acceptable. -Collaborate with architect ,engineer and field management to understand design requirements and translate them into layouts -Review project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. -Produce schematics for construction projects, including mechanical design elements. -Assist in the development of graphic design materials as needed for presentations or project proposals. -Maintain organized files of all designs and revisions for easy access by team members. You must have : Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD. New construction CAD experience is required- rough trades- will discuss. Strong understanding of construction documentation as well as production builds. Site / Field experience is a plus. Ability to prove recent experience and employment in this field. Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic . Overachievers and workaholics are welcome- you will be rewarded.
