You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform 'Intellect', where your role is to support our clients' mental health and personal growth based on the individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on our platform. This is a freelance remote role with the flexibility to decide your business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can still be considered. This role is a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice. We're seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public to provide mental health coaching What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc. Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform Requirements Has a Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology Candidates must be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.) Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours post masters degree Candidate can communicate in English and their local language Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus Candidates who are open to working onsite if necessary is a plus

The Opportunity We are seeking a Technical Advisor/Senior Technical Advisor to support a portfolio of global health and commercial health policy engagements with life sciences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic consulting experience with a strong grasp of health policy, pharmaceutical market dynamics, and access strategy in LMICs. You’ll help shape how industry partners engage in policy reform, sustainable financing, and market-shaping efforts across a range of health areas, from vaccines to oncology to reproductive health. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver strategy engagements with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients focused on market access, policy shaping, financing mechanisms, and long-term sustainability. Translate health policy trends into commercial insight—including regulatory developments, procurement modalities, health technology assessment, and reimbursement policies in LMICs. Develop high-impact deliverables, such as policy briefs, investment cases, stakeholder maps, and market opportunity analyses tailored to government and private sector audiences. Support client relationship management, including work planning, coordination across stakeholders, and delivery of executive-level presentations and workshops. Engage with country teams and ThinkWell’s public sector experts to ensure policy and financing strategies are grounded in local systems and realities. Contribute to new business development by drafting proposals, concept notes, and pitching ideas aligned with ThinkWell’s strategic growth in the private sector and life sciences. Requirements Master's degree in public health, public policy, business, or a related field. 6–10 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in management consulting, life sciences strategy, or a policy advisory role. Strong understanding of health financing and policy issues in LMICs, particularly how they intersect with commercial strategy. Exceptional skills in client engagement, structured problem-solving, visual and written communication (e.g., PowerPoint, memos). Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. International experience and working knowledge of global health donors, mechanisms (e.g., Gavi, Global Fund), and public-private engagement models preferred.
