Requirements: A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar IT engineering role. Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, specifically Azure. Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 migrations, setup, and troubleshooting. Wildly skilled in deploying and troubleshooting Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019). Deep understanding of Windows desktop systems (7, 8.1, 10) and MacOS 10.10 or newer. Familiarity with networking technologies and firewall management. Strong knowledge in network troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, VOIP, VPNs, and network security).
