About the Job As the Senior Director of Technical Operations, you will develop and execute a unified vision that integrates infrastructure reliability, network operations, and security response. You will lead high-performing SOC and NOC teams, ensuring 24/7 coverage, operational readiness, and rapid, coordinated incident response. This role requires a proven leader with deep technical expertise, the ability to build cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on operational excellence, security posture, and business continuity.
