Beacon Hill's client, a national class action and complex litigation law firm, is seeking a temp-to-hire Litigation Paralegal in their Berkeley, CA office. Role Summary Title: Litigation Paralegal (Class Action Team) Location: Berkeley, CA Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote (specific days to be confirmed) Experience: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred (class action experience a plus) Compensation: $35-50/hr DOE | If converted: $62,000-$105,000 annually DOE (conversion is not guaranteed) Education: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate Type: Temp-to-Hire Core Responsibilities Draft, proof, cite-check, and format legal briefs and filings (Bluebook proficiency preferred) Prepare exhibits for depositions and binders for hearings or oral arguments Manage federal e-filing (ECF) and filing systems across jurisdictions Support discovery, trial preparation, and calendaring deadlines Maintain organized, paperless case files in a DMS Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (class action experience strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-pressure deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
