Small litigation practice based in Tysons Corner is seeking a contract attorney, preferably with some Virginia court experience (or we can train you), and ability to work independently who is looking to develop their practice under the auspices of a well-established law firm. Practice areas include civil litigation, family law, employment law, criminal and traffic defense, personal injury, consumer protection, landlord-tenant, defamation, and contracts. Knowledge in any of these areas would be helpful, but not required to have experience in all areas. Willingness to handle domestic relations matters is required. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, exemplary language ability both written and spoken, possess intelligence and problem solving skills, exude confidence, but know when to ask questions, and demonstrate common sense.
