This review is seeking attorneys with prior e-discovery experience JOB DETAILS: Start: During the month of September Duration of assignment: approximately 2-4 weeks Pay rate: $25-30 per hour (flat rate) Hours: Candidates must be able to commit to working 10 hours per day & 50 hours per week. The case room will be open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST. Remote Set Up: Required to work off Citrix from your personal computer. Conflicts: There are case specific conflicts that need to be run JOB REQUIREMENTS: 6+ months of e-discovery experience Be licensed, active and in good standing with the Canada Bar. A well established personal injury firm, located in downtown Olympia, is looking for a full time paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in personal injury litigation. As a new member of our team, you will enjoy working closely with a passionate group of individuals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our valued clients. This position will involve working side-by-side with clients, our lead paralegal, our legal assistant, and the attorneys. You will manage multiple aspects of the claim including providing significant litigation support. Responsibilities include opening files, drafting letters, collecting and organizing medical records, managing client's medical expenses, drafting demands, drafting and filing pleadings, drafting discovery responses, calendaring, preparing settlement statements, negotiating liens, providing client support, drafting prehearing statements, and providing assistance with trial preparation. Strong writing skills are essential as well as excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
