ShareAffiliate Attorney – Illinois (High Volume Consumer Law) National Consumer Law Firm seeks additional Affiliate Attorney in Illinois for HIGH VOLUME consumer law claims. We hand you the client and the lawsuit. You convert it to CASH. No leads. No marketing. No out-of-pocket cost. NO RISK. We have the System and are ready to PLUG IN LAWYERS with a proven track record of CLOSING. WHAT WE DO • Generate & screen clients • Complete full intake, collect documents, determine violations of federal statutes, then create theory of the case and provide case summaries, legal citations supporting theories, and possible defenses to theories alleged • Draft and prep demand letters and/or complaint and deliver “as is” • Handle all settlement paperwork, signatures, etc. • Deliver you ready-to-file lawsuits (FDCPA, FCRA, CROA, ICFA, and more) WHAT YOU DO • Determine if you want to immediately file the lawsuit (or edit it, if desired) or attempt pre-suit negotiations using our prepared pre-suit demand letter (which you are welcome to edit as well) • Only communicate with clients if desired (some of our affiliates like to verify facts with the client; some close the file without direct client communication) • Settle case (we’re available to assist with negotiation advice if desired) • Keep 1/2 (after costs and client is paid) and send the other 1/2 to us • Typical affiliate attorneys doing around 25% of the “work” are clearing 50% profit sharing on claims • Leverage our systems, technology, methodology, and knowledge to generate instant revenue WHY THIS EXISTS I didn’t build this to practice law.
