LAND SURVEYOR APPRENTICE wanted for local long time established firm located in Warminster, PA. No experience needed. An opportunity like this only comes around once in a while. Work outside for about 80% of the year and inside in inclement weather. Full time employment position, needed Instrument Man for small survey firm. Experience a plus, however, willing to train. Responsibilities will include: • How to setup a total station. • Ability to run a traverse closure that exceeds minimum standards with current equipment. • Able to collect field data/evidence from the instrument and/or prism pole. • Operate the survey total station and level instruments. • Record survey data in field books. • Maintain all survey equipment. • Assist party chief with survey files and field calculations. We do a high volume of Residential and Commercial Boundary Surveys (ALTA, Boundary Stakeout, Construction Stakeout, As-Built, Topography, Perc Testing, Flood Elevation, etc.). Job also includes courthouse & online research and record keeping.

The HVAC Technician position is responsible for a variety of operational functions servicing and repairing HVAC equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES for the HVAC Technician: *Work with a Senior Tech to provide commercial HVAC experience to service and repair: o Packaged RTU’s o Boilers o Pumps o VAV’s and water sourced heat pumps o Cooling Towers o Chillers o Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Equipment *Diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC equipment. *Clean coils, charge filters, change/tighten belts and change fuses. *Communicate clearly with customers and team members. *Maintain clean work areas and organized service vehicles. *Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. REQUIREMENTS for the HVAC Technician: *At least 2-4 years of commercial HVAC experience. *Familiarity with cooling towers, chillers and CRAC’s is preferred. *Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details, while working well with others. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as every service call must be written up. *Degree or certificate from a trade school. A 4-year apprenticeship is available. *Universal EPA certification. *Valid driver’s license. *After a 90-day probationary period, a truck, tools, computer and phone will be provided.
