We are growing in all areas of Northern California and looking to add a skilled Handyman to our ranks. Will need to have proven skills in all areas of construction and handyman type work. As a Technician you will be working on bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall, painting, flooring, roof repairs, siding, and small framing jobs. Also, you will need to have basic knowledge or minor electrical and plumbing repairs, lighting repairs, smoke detector installs. Need to have advanced tool knowledge, know how to read and understand plans, be proficiant in paperwork and invoicing. You will need to be able to work alone with not a lot of supervision, or with a group under the direction of a project manager. Technician will need to pass A DMVR, have his own truck or work van, provide his own tools and have a clean appearance due to being around customers daily. This role involves transporting various paving and concrete equipment to and from job sites using flatbeds, lowboys, and other commercial vehicles. This position requires minimal overnight travel, allowing employees to be home most nights to enjoy time with their families. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport paving and concrete equipment between job sites. Secure and inspect loads to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Assist crews with paving and concrete work, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks. Perform routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and report any issues to the fleet manager. Follow all company safety protocols and maintain proper documentation, including daily logs and inspection reports. Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate equipment delivery and job site support. Load and unload tools, materials, and machinery safely and efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Tanker endorsement a plus. Experience: 2+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably in construction, paving, or concrete industries. Knowledge: Understanding of DOT regulations, load securement, and basic vehicle maintenance. Skills: Ability to operate heavy equipment (preferred but not required), strong teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor as needed. Role Description The Senior Level Technician must be able to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment in an efficient and professional manner. Candidates must be able to diagnose the causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components. Technicians must also be committed to safety in the use of all hand and power tools and must have solid interpersonal and customer service skills. The ideal candidate would have 10 plus years of verifiable HVAC industry experience. In addition, the successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Requirements Responsibilities: Responsible for servicing and maintaining various types of commercial HVAC/refrigeration equipment. Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems. Uses a variety of hand tools, read wiring diagrams, piping schemes and/or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Documents work by completing necessary paperwork on each job. Provides technical support to customers. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
